1. M.A.G.I.C:KIGLAND

5. Type-A / Alpha:

KIGLAND Product Lineup

KIGLAND organizes its products under the M.A.G.I.C naming system — a unified framework that categorizes different product lines by stage, positioning, and delivery method. Much like how Tesla uses S / 3 / X / Y to structure its vehicle lineup, each letter in M.A.G.I.C corresponds to a distinct product direction.

Currently, KIGLAND offers Type-M, Type-C, and Type-G to customers. Type-A (Alpha) was our earliest product generation, and Type-I (Industrial) represents a future direction that is not yet publicly available.

1. M.A.G.I.C: The Product Framework

M.A.G.I.C maps KIGLAND’s journey from early experimentation to standardized production, custom orders, and future-scale manufacturing. Each Type serves a different user: some are ideal for first-timers, some for fans with specific character requests, some for advanced or commercial needs, and some reserved for large-scale industrial production down the road.

When ordering, you choose a specific Type — M.A.G.I.C is the organizing framework, not a product itself.

2. Type-M: Standardized, Affordable

Type-M is KIGLAND’s standardized product line built for accessibility. It uses fixed models and relatively standardized production, with sizing matched to shoulder width and wear requirements.

Type-M is made for first-time kigurumi players and anyone who wants a complete character experience without the ¥5,000–¥10,000 price tag of traditional custom headshells. The goal is simple: lower the barrier so more people can own their character.

3. Type-C: Character Custom

Type-C is KIGLAND’s character-specific custom product line. It’s for players who already have a defined character and want a headshell made specifically for that design.

Unlike Type-M’s fixed models, Type-C involves modeling and production based on your character references — face shape, eyes, expression, hairstyle, and overall aesthetic. You submit character art, reference images, or original character designs, and we evaluate based on complexity, completeness, and production feasibility. Before ordering, you’ll confirm scope, pricing, timeline, and payment with our team.

4. Type-G: Advanced Custom

Type-G is for high-spec, high-complexity custom projects. This includes users with demanding accuracy requirements, complex character designs, professional exhibitions, brand collaborations, commercial projects, or special character builds.

Type-G often involves non-standard elements — complex hairstyles, unusual face shapes, non-standard structures, special materials, or full character appearance solutions. Pricing, timeline, and scope are evaluated case-by-case after submitting character reference materials.

5. Type-A / Alpha: The Original

Type-A (Alpha) is KIGLAND’s first-generation product from our earliest days. It represents our initial understanding of kigurumi headshells — the basics of structure, style, fit, and delivery.

Alpha matters because it took us from “we can make this” to “we can deliver this” and gave us our first batch of real user feedback. As our production and standards have evolved, Type-A is no longer a primary recommendation, but it’s where we started.

6. Type-I: Industrial (Not Yet Available)

The I in Type-I stands for Industrial. It represents KIGLAND’s vision for higher-scale production with a more mature supply chain and manufacturing system.

We’re still building toward that stage, so Type-I is not currently available as an external product. It’s kept in our internal roadmap but marked as “Coming Soon” in user-facing materials.
